May 27, 2010   RSEM v0.6 is online now. In the read file, a read can be distributed in multiple lines (see fasta format), but no extra space is allowed.

April 26, 2010   RSEM v0.5 is updated.

April 16, 2010   RSEM v0.5 is online now. Some bugs are fixed. EM_double & EM_RSPD can deal with 0 unalignable reads now.
